Number or Client Relationship Number) is like a special code provided by a Bank
that connects your bank account with your stock market account (Demat Account).
When you want to invest in the stock market or apply for an IPO (Initial Public
Offering), the bank uses this code to hold balance which is applied for IPO. If
you get the shares you applied for, the bank will deduct that money. If you
don't get the shares, they release the money back to your account through this
CRN. Additionally, when
a company gives you cash dividends as a bonus, they use your CRN to deposit the
money directly into your bank account. So, in simple terms, the CRN acts as a
bridge between your bank and your stock market investments, making it easier to
manage your money in the stock market.
How To Find Your CRN Of NIC Asia Bank?
Bank or Capital provides us CRN after submitting CRN form
in Bank. We use this number to apply for an IPO. We can’t apply any IPOs without
CRN. So, we need to know our CRN for applying shares or IPOs. If you forget

2. Then, scroll down and find Apply for Share icon.

3. If there is shown any share application list, then
click on APPLY icon as shown photo.
4. Then, you can see C-ASBA Registration Number.
This is your CRN which is used to apply IPOs. Please copy or note this number. This
is required during share apply.
